Pray and Play session....!!

okay so look at that flyer/picture/photo/creation... call it what u want.. but look at it..
if ur free on saturday.. this saturday.. pls come to shakira's house which is at the address in the pic above la..

we, the youths of kl.. are organising this session we would like to call pray and call.. it is on 4/4/09 at 4pm for 4 hours.. i know chinese pantang all.. but trust me, we are not gonna go on a killing spree or anything

basically we will be having devotionals/prayers for around half an hour.. if u are not sure what to do, its like this.. u sit there and listen.. u don have to do anything else.. we will be the one praying.. u just sit there and be quiet as a mouse.. i mean, its respectful la u know.. and the devotionals will be more of a musical themed one.. u might even enjoy it *GASP*... yes, i enjoy it.. very much..

after that, we will be having fun non-stop.. there is a nintendo wii station, a cho dai di station, some board games, congkak, and i think uno cards.. not sure.. no gambling of course.. just playing for fun.. there could be music in the background ( i hope there is ).. and there might be an area which is specially for those who wanna learn dancing from tanisha a.k.a. SEXY.. if she teaches, she will teach some simple hip hop moves.. its all in the name of fun..

im inviting all of my frens ( yes, it includes u.. ) for this.. i hope u can come.. i'm sure u will enjoy urself. after all, they say the best things in life are free.. oh yea, got refreshments.. not dinner la.. just finger food..

so yea, if u can get to bangsar lrt station, someone can fetch u from there. pls let me know.. call/sms me.. :D

Naw Ruz Party at earth hour!!

cool i got a request to blog!! lol jk, i just post anything i want to anyways..

so yea, on the 28th of march, i just came back from mentakab ( which is in pahang for all of you who fail ur geography ). at 8pm, i took the lrt to bukit jalil and was picked up by a chick.. wow i sound like some small time giggolo.. oh anyway, it was Danesha's sister's fren.. complicated? i know..

so yea, me, danesha, sima and yasodhaa ( if that's her name), were in the car on the way to the naw ruz party at danesha's aunties house.. on the way, sima and yasodhaa kept commenting on shops not turning off the lights at earth hour ( it was 8.30). oh and petrol stations too, i think caltex was the only one who did not bother turning off any lights.. so i was thinking, why not off the car lights as well.. but i cant complain coz they needed to drive the car to fetch me right? as usual, i was 2 minutes lates.. BAI's ah, always slightly late..

so we reached the house and i saw they had turned off 70% of their lights.. not bad, but then the candles burning would emit carbon dioxide gas.. so i was thinking, what really shud be done is that all electricity turned off, no candles burning.. all just talk in the dark for an hour.. hopefully in the future it will be like that.. after discussing with my dad about earth hour, i agree that it is good and is also a publicity stunt.. but its a good publicity stunt since it hopefully will make people realise the importance of preserving the environment..

so back to the party, i had payassam.. i took 3 helpings ( shit, weight gain) and i also took a slice of the banana choc cake, from secret recipe i think... for dinner i had wonderful indian food.. damn nice since i had more of chinese food in mentakab.. after that we just lepaked and talked.. then nearing 11pm, we sneaked upstairs to play the xbox.. i got my ass whooped in fifa 06 ( not my fault - i never played the xbox b4 and also fifa 06 is outdated :D )

then later we played charades/sharades.. sorry, again i don know how to spell that.. anyway, i was awesome at that game.. okay i know im bragging but since i can admit i suck at fifa 06, i shud be entitled to say im good at something right? hahaha... then my dad called and said come out now, he's there adi.. so i went out.. said thx and everything.. my dad drove away..

10 seconds later, i got a call on my phone.. it was danesha.. he shouted into the phone: TURN BACK NOW, I FORGOT TO RETURN UR KERA!!

u know whats a kera right.. the punjabi bangle thing la.. i knew he would forget.. but i am grateful he remembered. if not, he would have taken it back to the ulu place we call KUANTAN.. and it will probably get lost in the jungle there somewhere..

all in all, it was fun.. even though i just came back from mentakab and was tired, i still enjoyed that night..

oh and mentakab was awesome.. we din do much teaching and visiting becoz raj and the coordinator were admitted to the hospital with suspected dengue fever.. but we still did something.. and i taught therry how to drive.. he returned the favour by teaching me how to ride a bike.. if i ever live in a small town, i wanna get a bike.. awesomeness..

my driving exam is this friday.. pray that i pass k.. so i can take u out for lunch or wadever.. haha.. if ur rich, bribe the examiner for me ;P

PS: i'm addicted to broken strings by james morrison and nelly furtado.. sofie, i can play it on guitar di.. can u sing the nelly furtado part? when we meet, we try it for fun k? :P

did that sound harsh? well i'm sorry but i'm getting bloody sick and tired of faggers..

if u don know what a fagger is, it's a smoker.. okay so i know that tons of people in this world smoke.. and let me ask u: how many of them don suffer and die? or die while suffering?

u know all those old people.. the ones who pass a hundred and all? do u think any of them smoke? well i don..

if u ask what promted this rant, well.. i was walking to jusco when in front of me there was this old woman walking.. her steps were those quick short small steps that some people have u know.. stroke patients especially i think.. so yea, she was walking along, her back towards me.. then i saw smoke coming out of her face.. and i was thinkin wth.. i overtook her and turned around and saw she had a cigarette puffing.. right then, she took her last puff and threw it on the floor.. not only unhealthy but also rude and inconsiderate..

so we do have women smoking nowadays.. especially young girls.. but u shud have seen this lady.. she must have been 75 at least.. she looks similar to these pictures..

ok not this, this just looks freaking scary and weird..

and she looked a bit older than this woman..

hey, im not beng a sexist here okay.. woman shud not smoke at all unless u like deformed kids..
to me, guys also shud not smoke.. for health reasons and also becoz they have to contribute a little something to produce a kid right??

i have frens who smoke.. some are good frens.. i wish they would stop, but i got no power over them..

cigarettes just shud be banned.. hate me if u must but u will never catch me fagging..

Ruhi in Balakong.. wonderful memories...

to all those who missed the intensive ruhi in balakong from the 14th till the 19th... HAH! u all missed out bigtime..

seriously it was the best intensive ruhi ever.. to my frens who are blur - the ruhi books are a series of books done by tons of people around the world.. it is bahai-oriented but applies to everyone's lives.. very very useful and helpful.. this is also part of the heroes are they project.. check out this blog for some pics and posts about this project..

this intensive was organised by youths and youths ran it.. even though it was during the fasting ( puasa ) month, we all had tons of fun and still played games and all.. yes even the girls played games without complaining of being tired.. somehow, the fast seems to make everything more enjoyable..

my book 6 group was amazing.. jegan, shakira and danesh were fantastic - both as participants and frens.. oh and jokers.. what made this group amazing was the fact that we had serious discussions and initiated them ourselves... but at the same time, we also joked around and relaxed.. and on the second day.. we had more participants..

danesh was also danesha, jason mraz and 10 cent
shakira was also shakira-shakira, 90 cent candy and paris hilton
jegan was also jeganathan and 30 cent
I also joined in as bai and jasreet kaur

so yea.. and we had a very good tutor by the name of roshan nur.. thank you so much for guiding us.. proof that age does not matter.. to the tamil group, we did not really interact much but we are glad u joined us during games... to the chinese group - u all provided 20 percent of the fun.. i will not be forgetting ah bi, seng kai and ah yong anytime soon.. i cant remember all ur names but hope to see u all soon..

for games, we played dodgeball, captain ball, street football, indoor football, grab the ball.. and as i mentioned earlier, we played it while fasting which just added to the fun.. we also had late night mamak sessions.. well we did not go out to the mamak shop.. but we would take everyone;s order and a few of us would go and get the food, bring back.. and eat together..

on the last night, 8 of us stayed up till 7am the next morning.. the book 6 group was not sleepy.. we decided to continue a few sections.. we did it from 3 till 4am.. at 4 am, we decided to turn off the lights in the room off the hall and tell 'ghost' or scary stories.. i was never one to belive in spirits and ghosts but that night was awesome.. i seriously got a shock several times.. the 'ghosts' throwing cups at the door and spraying aerosol at the window was awesome too.. one of the guys got so scared, we actually saw tears in his eyes.. pity him.. but bravo to the girl.. she screamed a few times.. but just added to the fun.. ah damn, im gonna miss it sooo bad..

to all of you who miss HC a lot, all i can say is that this is seriously remisniscent of holiday college.. join us for the may holidays session.. and lets see if we cant scare u with a few stories on the last night... :P..

Like Whoa....

i would like to dedicate my results to myself.. becoz like my results, I SUCK... hahha.. yes, seriously, i know i can do better... but then i kept saying that, never really worked towards achieving better results, and here u see the outcome..

having said that, i need to buck up for college.. im gonna have to focus on studies.. sure, i will play around, but studies need to be my priority... sadly, just saying it is not gonna make it happen though.. i need to work for it... wish me luck as i embark on this strange, challenging journey we call: COLLEGE..

to my frens who did well: CONGRATS AND DAMN U.. haha just kiddin, seriously im happy for u, glad you got what u deserved. to my frens who are like me and got less pleasing results: JOIN THE CLUB.. lol im kiddin again, don worry spm is just a temporary setback.. when u enter college, spm will seem like ****...

the only reason i enjoy working in dad's office while waiting for my results are because of my colleagues.. some of them are really fun to be with..

i admit, i don hang out much with them.. but they are fun to talk to.. and the things they get up to.. look at this pic..
